Pilates matt is a core conditioning class, focusing on the abs and back to increase strength and flexibility. Pilates is about having the breath and movement working together, positioning of the body and balance. Our Pilates Instructors are Stott trained instructors. Stott is the most well recognized and respected name in Pilates worldwide. Our studio is equipped with every prop and toy possible to keep your workouts fun, challenging and not boring.

Bike is an indoor cycling program designed to create a group exercise experience. Participants achieve their cardiovascular and muscular strength goals thru the use of musically defined rhythms and cycling drills. Members can call in to reserve a bike up to ONE HOUR before the start of any class start. Please bring a water bottle. Beginners are always welcome and encouraged to come and try our variety of bike classes. It is recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow our instructors time to set your bike up properly for you and give you all safety tips geared for first timers.
An interval class with a mix of high and low impact cardio and conditioning components using free weights and bands. This class finishes with core work. Perfect for every fitness level.
A muscle conditioning class that offers functional options for many exercises. Learn how you can recruit muscles to work together to improve strength, stability and balance. You will use a variety of equipment in this class including the step, body bar, hand weights, bands and/or balls. Modifications will be shown for all beginners.
This class combines the principles of Pilates for a unique workout using the small Pilates ball, gliders, and hand weights. It’s a great workout that targets the core while lifting, shaping and firming the body from head to toe!
A fun and challenging cardio class using the Reebok step. Moves are pre-choreographed in combinations. There are always options for both beginners and advances steppers ! This class finishes up with toning and ABS.

Tabata classes consit of 10 excersises, where each one is done for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest. This series is then respeated 8 times. This class will change each week.
