BATTLEROPE BOOT CAMP
This is Tabata (timed intervals) training with 45 second drills with the Battle Ropes. Drills are combined with Kettle bells, Sandbags and Plymetric for a complete strength and conditioning program.
This intense 45 minute instruction integrates weights with plyometric training. TRX Suspension Training Exercise builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once!! TRX Suspension Training is relevant to the beginner through to the top Elite Athletes.

In our small group training we focus on “the stand-up game,” incorporating boxing, kickboxing, and Muay thai striking techniques. You will learn proper technique and form through combinations, offence and defensive techniques, focus pads footwork, angles, and conditioning drills.
Stott Pilates Reformer Classes at Function incorporate modern exercises principles and apply proven and accepted practices in bio-mechanics, rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. We offer private training in 30 and 60 minute sessions as well as group exercises. In group sessions we offer Beginner, Gentle, Advanced Athletic, and Active Aging Reformer.

BURN AT THE BARRE
This workout is a combo of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. This class will enhance posture, balance, and coordination. Burn at the Barre is a low-impact workout that is extremely effective, yet gentle on the body. Sculpt the long lean look of dancer through safe resistance training at the Barre.
This class combines some of the basic strip tease moves and combines them with dance elements to create a fun, energetic and sexy workout. Careful, it may also improve your personal life. Our instructor, Eneli Holmes is a professional Hip Hop dancer and ballerina. She has danced in many shows in Toronto, New York, and Los Angeles as well as videos on Much Music.
High intensity interval training using the rower which uses 83% of your muscles, combined with weight training and/or sand bags, ropes, etc. This class will push you to your max, and get you into the best shape of your life!
